TRT 50km (downgraded)

This year I will be attempting my first ultramarathon with the Tahoe Rim Trail 50 Mile Endurance Run.  I still have the option of wimping out and dropping it to a 50K a few weeks before the event, but I am planning on the 50 Miler.

Training
Here is my Training Plan.

Gear Plan:
Shoes: New Balance MT 100

Nutrition:
-Pure Whey Protien
-Chia Seeds
-SUCCEED! Scaps
-SUCCEED Ultra/Amino drink for training
-SUCCEED Amino for the event
-CLIF bars when I am lazy
-Home made protein/energy bars for training (post recipe later)
-Whatever I can stomach for the event

Goals
Primary:       Finish the event (16.5 hours/less than 20min/mile average)
Secondary:   Qualify for Western States 100 (11 hours/~13min/mile average)
